1. Who we are

Authorized LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operator of Ferveo (the "Service"), is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, login credentials, workspace membership.
  • Content: messages, conversations, leads, and other data you submit to the Service.
  • Support data: messages you send when contacting support.
  • Usage and telemetry: feature usage, message counts, errors, device and browser information.
  • Technical identifiers: IP address, cookies, and similar identifiers.

3. Why we use it

  • Create and manage your account and workspace.
  • Provide the core Service, including AI features.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Debug, improve, and develop the Service.
  • Provide customer support and service communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (account, paid plans, Service delivery); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); consent (optional analytics and marketing); and legal obligation (tax, compliance, lawful requests).

5. Who we share it with

  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email, analytics, error monitoring, and customer support tooling.
  • Stripe (payment processor) — we share order and customer information with Stripe, Inc. for payment processing, subscription management, invoicing, tax calculation, and fraud prevention.
  • AI providers — content you submit to AI features is processed by upstream AI providers under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals where strictly necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some recipients are located outside your country, including the United States and the EEA. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Account data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and regular review of our security posture. No system is 100% secure; we work to promptly address vulnerabilities.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and the Service functional. Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if any, are only set with your consent and can be managed through your browser settings.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
